At this point in time, the Declaration of Independence is far more relevant than the Constitution. SCOTUS has rendered the Constitution moot :(

Not vaccinating one's child harms not only one's child by needlessly getting the child sick but also aids the spread of disease thereby endangering other children, and adults, that can not be vaccinated.
The return of evolving highly contagious diseases. Just what the US medical system needs.

This just about sums it up. This is why States have to join together, as in the 1776 Declaration of Independence.
