I went for the first time ever, just for the Sunday. it was great. picked up an MPG Shouki for a pretty great price and a G1 Grimlock for my wife. However, I have to ask for more details about this: what is this? 3p? custom repaint? I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed one.

F-22: Nissan R35 GT-R (was the pinnacle of tech, now surprisingly old)
Phantom: BMW M5 Touring. (big, heavy, Does everything. at a cost)
DH Comet: Lotus Elan (Minimalist performer. not an ounce wasted)

I do hope the person at Mattel who said “You know if we did slightly nicer paint jobs and tyres on Hot Wheels cars we could sell them for 4x the price” got a nice bonus that year.

Bake-off might have finished for the year but I’m still here pushing the boundaries of the culinary arts.
