A child who asks flor screen time On the first of May Will cause a network outage That will shut down the internet (But would that really be a bad thing?) A person born On the first of May Who shares their location Will bring a flood Of targeted spam Calls to their phone. On this, the Bard's birthday, it's worth noting that I have written THREE plays inspired by Shakespeare (though they haven't been produced nearly as often as his).

TYBALT Then you would do well to avoid offense to me, sir. As you can see I am skilled with a blade and quick to use it. LAERTES I am at least thy equal, you must admit. Had I my usual blade I would have dispatched thee as quickly as I did my sister’s paramour. TYBALT What happened? LAERTES We were fencing for the sport of the king. He slew me with my own blade, the tip dipped in poison. TYBALT What a foul wretch! To cheat at so fair a sport! (LAERTES says nothing. There’s an awkward silence.) LAERTES In fairness, I was the one who poisoned the tip. TYBALT Hoist with your own petard?
