actually its more than a dupe, the smallest ring it came with it smaller than the cobra size 0, which is the only reason this thing is staying on. if cobra made a smaller cage and a -1 ring then id consider the price

the bell pack contains the same retainer, although there are a lot of customizable peices. also if you're getting too much slip try using body powder. completely coat your dick in it then dust it off, thatll help it get some traction and hold on better

it may have potentially been easier for me since im a grower, however

DTR bell pack, the first pic was the most i could do with almost no developed foreskin. its a struggle for a few weeks, but I think it can be done, or at least worked up to.
