I bough this fantastic 19th century watercolour at auction for a few pounds , I think it’s north Wales and a good artist, but it’s not signed, any ideas where it is or who might if painted it?

LOL, I took this photo of the dramatic coast at Welcombe, completely oblivious to what was going on the foreground!

I always thought spaniels were the answer, now I know it can also be collies! Mind blown🤯. 🤣🤣🤣
