I agree that the NHS should always be free to the point of use however there needs to be more joined up thinking in purchasing, in my industry I see vast amounts of waste and a NHS contract shouldn’t just be an easy target to vastly increase costs.

The flats are managed by an agent, is there evidence he knew this (not defending him I haven’t seen anything that says he did)

Over next week to install it properly as it’s an SC connection on the pole and I have a 50m fibre in my carry on bag

When they finally installed the fibre in my father in laws house it was an utter joke, they wanted to charge him to dig a trench (we had already dug one in) and then said it had to be the closet point to the pole due to the light levels (incorrect l) two visits later and still not sorted.
