That was the most exhilarating and refreshing political listen on mainstream media I've heard for years. It made the 1 hour journey to Shrewsbury this morning go by in a flash. The grimace was replaced by a smile of hope.

It's also the deep, genuine empathy, which is a natural gift in any actor.
