It seems as though James Garner, who apparently was a really lovely and kind person, persuaded the director, John Sturges to finally listen to Donald Pleasence.

Have a feeling one of the leading cast members of The Great Escape was a POW at Stalug Luft but the film director didn’t want to listen to his advice.

Do you think this is the swap managers at the end of the season derby?

I see a lot of potential in using this on sports grounds and golf courses where high inputs have traditionally been used. Should I contact the info email address?

This is such a great piece of writing. Thank you for what you do. Despite this crass political age, as my son gets older we are finding more social empathy and understanding, and his burgeoning singing and performing career has simultaneously taken off. Politics are out of step with the majority.

Tough but important listen. What is most striking is what feels like the final coalescing of blame onto minority groups for the state of the country rather than the 50yr systemic con which is Neolibralism.

That was the most exhilarating and refreshing political listen on mainstream media I've heard for years. It made the 1 hour journey to Shrewsbury this morning go by in a flash. The grimace was replaced by a smile of hope.

It's also the deep, genuine empathy, which is a natural gift in any actor.

After a year of this government, unfortunately this argument doesn't have the same clout that it had before the last election.
