Whilst I understand one pay rise (even though it's more than most people get without major job changes) but agree 💯 you can't keep striking for more

Junior ('resident') doctors expecting further significant pay rises with just a few years experience is just plain wrong. In the private sector we don't expect massive rises and our wages have stagnated too. 30yrs of experience, university educated.

You're losing the backing of the general public.
