Heading to the Philippines in a week for a two week adventure.
I'm invincible...have every vaccination from typhoid to chikungunya.
Hoping not to have a close encounter with a king cobra, pit viper, or python.

Up in Bellingham hanging with my 89 year old cousin, Bill, who had heart surgery last week. He's awesome! Up and about, no worries.
We're in a cold snap, but in a few days that will pass and we'll be in early spring temps in winter.

Doing well. Had 18 days of beautiful and unusual sun. Now back to the rain.
Getting ready for my next trip: the Philippines.

A Filipino friend invited me over. Fuck-it. I'm going.

A few more days on FB, then I make the move. I think. I need to do it, and will, but have to learn the system better before pulling the plug. Meantime....how's your house-selling going?

We did it! Along with millions, I refused to watch the inauguration. Instead, I tuned into the Nat'l Geo channel early and kept it on all day. A very creative way to "Stand up and be counted".
