To everyone who hasn’t played Monster Prom: Do it. Right now. It’s so so good.

All in all, it’s just a way to get explore a place where wearing diapers are normalized, and how they would affect society. Now if you want excuse me, I packed my own pampers writing this, so I need a change!

Another part of the idea is that anyone from any universe can end up on Diapearth. Steven Universe finds himself padded, and his girlfriend takes him to a Sadie Killer concert with said brown note idea, Shuichi and Kaede have to decide if Diapers are worth no killing game, etc. And yes, crossovers!

Culture includes regular messing contests, events where your diaper has to be loaded in order to attend, and songs that include the brown note, with certain bands holding concerts where everyone poops themself at once. Thumbs are sucked, onesies are in fashion, and it’s basically an ABDL paradise.

But there’s a catch. When they first arrive, they are still continent, and still prone to the problems of full diaps. But the longer they stay there, the more their body changes, and the more their mind changes, with them becoming more accepting of the culture, and their own permanent incontinence.
