I bumped up against this madness just the other day. Seems to be a new wrinkle in the usual conspiracy theory nonsense? They seem especially excited by the fact that the Fabians used to use a wolf in sheep's clothing as their original coat of arms 🤷

To my shame I only saw them live for the first time last summer (on their co-headliner tour with the Manics). To say I was blown away is an understatement. A band at the very top of their game.

Amazed it's as low as 90% to be honest! My process was to draw concentric circles 100 and 200 miles from home (far enough that parents wouldn't be breathing down my neck but close enough that they'd come rescue me if it all went wrong) and then see which city I vibed with.

Just to update - he's in (despite narrowly missing the required grades)! Simultaneously super proud and startlingly aware of my own mortality

Discovering that he was only 78 has given me a rude awakening to my own mortality. In my mind, Kelly was an old man when he was presenting Going for Gold but if he stopped hosting it on '97 he was, in fact, younger than I am now for almost it's entire run 😬
