all anyone knows is they can't start filming S3 until they know the budget. That happens when Disney confirms its partnership after this season. If Disney decide not to, then they make a lower budget S3. RTD said they've planned for both outcomes. So S3 prob in 2027 The rumours are speculative drama

I remember meeting a friend in a pub in Soho who was working on the DW website, he had the Rose script in his bag. That was the first I heard of it returning. He was nervous about anything leaking or his bag stolen.
