Today's visit to Wallaceneuk parkrun. Small, friendly, out & back trail, just outside Kelso.

Marden HM this morning... largely flat, not much wind, so good conditions. Pleasant route along quiet lanes.

Today's parkrun attendance total smashed last week's all time November record by a HUGE margin - of over 25,000! 😲😲

Superb weather conditions in SE Eng will have helped! (View at Dover Waterfront parkrun).

Fabulous balmy, bluesky weather for a visit to Dover Waterfront parkrun.

Excellent, flat course. Great volunteer team. Was pleased to sneak in my all-time highest age grade %.

Visit to Peckham Rye. Another attractive park in SE London. Probably the nearest parkrun to where I was born...

Lovely morning for a 10k jog down at Rye Harbour. Followed by mocha + cake

Plenty of birdlife, incl marsh harrier, kestrel, wheatear, stonechat, sand martin, swallows, little egret, shelducks ...
Cluster of buildings in middle distance at Rye Harbour. (Includes lifeboat station, a pub, the yacht club and several cottages.) The wide skies filling mist of the photo are an intense blue.

A steady jog this morning at Rye Harbour. Rather windy! Cake in visitor centre recommended... Lots of swallows getting ready for migration....

A group of parkrunners gathered on the grass close to a specimen conifer tree for first timers' briefing. The clouds are a threatening grey. Heavy rain arrived by the time the parkrunners set out on their 5k.
