Though the accession of Corbyn temporarily ceased hostilities between the Blairite/Brownite wings, they still hate each other's guts; insignificant though their differences may seem from the outside. Ed was a Brownite and the Blairites have not forgiven him for disposessing their anointed son David.

You can tell that, in the US, fascist resentment is in large part because they were always shut out from polite society, never invited to the good parties. But over here, our fascists have always been a part of the establishment, so what's our excuse?
