Today sees the publication of the full report of @britishacademy.bsky.social Supportive Offboarding project, a research-led intervention to improve how the television industry supports its freelancers as their contracts come to an end. Available here: doi.org/10.18746/shk....

Two years ago, I undertook a study of ways we could better support TV freelancers. This illustration sums-up that proposal. I have since been working on a pilot to develop these ideas into practice. FULL REPORT COMING SOON.
