YEP. Exactly this. From the mid 1960s-80s, there were 3-4 Guggenheim Fellows named from IU *every* year. Until ~2005, there was usually at least one/year. But since the Great Recession, all the non-applied Arts & Sciences have been cut, while Business School (w mainly NTT instructors) has grown.
