Good #bouldering session at #RedSpiderClimbing in Fareham today instead of #Bouldershack. Interesting setting, they like a high foot and committing final move. Session ended by some collateral damage when I slipped off a volume on a running start. Not looking forward to tearing this off! 😣

Most content on #UkrainianView is of course serious, but a nation’s cooking is part of its culture & needs to be preserved like anything else. We’re lucky to have Ukrainian friends here in the UK who have made us some lovely food & today’s was this amazing sourdough & sour cream cake. #SlavaUkraini

This is by far the most gorgeous thing I’ve harvested since replacing some of our lawn with raised veg beds 3 years ago. Very satisfying! #GrowYourOwn

The skin of a baked potato is the only bit really worth eating, the rest only if I’m really hungry, otherwise it’s just soup base.

I don’t normally video myself when I’m #bouldering, but did record this to try to work out why I couldn’t stick the last move. Took me about 8 or 9 tries after this before I got it.

I do love it when I get to go #bouldering at #Bouldershack on alternate days. The good feeling I get in anticipation started after I woke up yesterday morning, had a great session this morning which’ll keep me going through tomorrow, and I get to do it again on Saturday, and also Tuesday!😀

I’m sharing info about this raffle for our Ukrainian friend whose birthday was yesterday & gave us some of her lovely Kyiv cake. She undoubtedly has better things to do than mess about on social media, even a good place like this, but I will so she doesn’t have to. #UkrainianView
