Sunnyvale Mayor Klein's opponent has been mass-texting in advance of next Tuesday's Council meeting, where we'll be considering a guaranteed basic income program. Klein hasn't said anything about what his position on how or whether to fund the UBI and certainly hasn't called himself the "UBI Mayor".
