If you're in Freiburg and interested in colonial memory, come take a look at the great work my students have done!
This Friday (23rd May, 4.30-7.30pm) at University College Freiburg, we will show the zines they worked on as a final assignment, and everyone is most welcome.

Today was the last class of my seminar at University College Freiburg called 'Can Europe come to terms with its Colonial Past?'

I'm little sad it's over because it's been, and by far, my best teaching experience.

Pour celles et ceux que se ça intéresserait, j'ai été invité par le Frankreich-Zentrum de l'Universität Freiburg pour parler de politiques mémorielles et d'histoire coloniale (et de médias, évidemment) en France et en Allemagne.

Please share widely, we're looking forward to receiving all kind of applications. The rather small-scale event is ideal to receive feedback from Council members and network with other participants.

And our website is brand new, thanks to our colleague's hard work, go take a look: iamhist.net
