Here are a few of my photos from today that I did for The Chronicle.
As San Francisco’s month-long LGBTQ+ Pride celebration culminated Sunday in a massive rainbow-laden party packing city streets, event leaders made one thing clear: These were no ordinary festivities.

So I’ve always thought the idea of “New Year, New Me” was always kinda bullshit. But looking back over 2024 I think it applies to me for once.

This looks like an unsually seismically active day in Humboldt — nearly two dozen earthquakes. It started with a magnitude 7 then a lot of 3-4 mag shakers afterward.

Good. It’s horrific how other platforms abused their reach to strangle local, independent, and national outlets alike.

I WANT to see news and actual vetted work and I WANT journalists to get rewarded for it.

Because I want to live in a thinking human world over some AI generated slop dystopia

This woman loves her Bay Area city so much, she painted it on her house
High above a freeway in Oakland, a woman used her house as a canvas to celebrate the city she calls home.

Some of the drone photos I did for the @richmondside.bsky.social

These are two photos I took for a project to show the difference between class in America.

The first set is a retired couple that live in a converted van by choice.

The second set is a couple that live in an RV because of life circumstances.

Photos taken before forced to leave by public works.

Finally made the switch over here.

I’m a freelance photojournalist and drone pilot currently in grad school at UC Berkeley and always looking for work and connections in the Bay Area.

Here are some of my personal favorite photos I’ve taken over the years.
