Yes a wonderful and fitting event. I am drawing the LPAC work to a conclusion as best as I can given Nicky’s absence. London Society will host the material, hopefully a launch in the summer.

Long term empty homes - Southwark 2932, Newham 2053, Barnet 1905, Lambeth 1886, K&C 1720. That’s more than 10,500 empty homes in just 5 boroughs. So no new build in Southwark, Barnet, Newham??

Not sure I agree. Vacancy rates in London are up 62% since 2018, most Zone 1 and Zone 2 properties are designed, built and priced for international investors, and funnily enough the highest number of vacants are in Southwark, K&C, Newham and Lambeth.
