Half points for the board on this one. Thank you for stopping the blatant attempt to exceed the Delegation of Authority, but the solicitation (‘Scope of Work’) passed is exceedingly weak when customers and employees are crying out for a more visible security on-board.

The issue is that very few of the senior leaders that have left have been replaced and RTD is suffering because of this.
For example, there is no Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operational Officer, Head of Capital Projects or Head of Customer Experience.
