"Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter., It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies - God damn it, you've got to be kind."
Genocidal minds think alike.

The Murdoch press reminding Australians that deciding who represents us in parliament isn't about us.

The only difference is whose side we're on.

People are scoffing at the suggestion of Tim Wilson putting his hand up to lead the Liberal Party.

But hear me out.

Every Liberal still in parliament would be totally out of their depth leading the party.

No one has more experience at being out of their depth than Tim Wilson.

He'll roll over and let you scratch it if you're a billionaire.

Peter Dutton has done more to embolden neo-Nazis and promote hatred of Welcome to Country than any other politician.

It's his own legacy Dutton is saying he's disgusted and appalled with.

And for the first time I agree with him.

If this is half as much of a disaster as everything else Britain has attempted in the last decade we're fucked.

To endure something must be resilient. Able to adapt and evolve.

It must be receptive to new ideas and perspectives.

Always willing to risk losing certainty for better understanding.

The world as it is now can't endure.

And we won't change it by clinging to certainty.

Article 5 establishes the principle of collective defence, which means that an attack on one NATO member is considered an attack on all NATO members.

The only time in history it has been invoked was in response to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States.

I think he should have picked a less difficult language than one only 46% of US adults can read at sixth-grade level or above.

If a flatulent baboon had stood in for Putin's two-bit standover merchant throwing a tantrum at Zelenskyy calling his bluff it would've been a more dignified spectacle.

Any media still taking this coup of clowns seriously is just praising new clothes on a naked fool.

What sort of rank amature thinks the Ukraine is a good place for their first attempt at being a bullying tyrant?

In Philosophy 101, the new definition of antisemetism for universities used to be called the fallacy of the undistributed middle.

Antisemetism opposes Jews

Israel & Zionism are Jewish

All opposition to Israel & Zionism is antisemism

In English 101, it was called Orwellian.

Sound familiar?

"Charles Boydell Dutton is a man of sublime parts. If he isn't an idiot himself, he must fancy that the
average elector is a born fool..."
February 26, 2025 at 2:01 AM
Finally. An example of that caring and compassionate side Peter Dutton's never been able to convince us he has.

Ever noticed how much more capable, diligent, and empathetic these guys are when it comes to representing themselves in parliament?
February 26, 2025 at 12:56 AM
Do you support cutting 36,000 (one in five) jobs from a public service the LNP has already cut by 25% since 1996 to save $24 billion which is half the amount of tax revenue not collected last year because of 5,500 ATO jobs cut from the last time people fell for this bullshit?
February 25, 2025 at 9:56 AM
It's possible that no other human being, alive or dead, who would be this miserable, petulant, unfulfilled, and pathetic if they had a net wealth US$384 billion.

It's a certainty that no other human being has been as ungrateful.

Two of the best examples of how far a mediocre white man can advance his career in Australia if he's compliant.

About the same time it seemed like a good idea to let the rich solve the problem of them not paying tax.

He does remind me a bit of Louis XVI.

This headline says everything there is to say about Peter Dutton MP.

It's all he's ever done in his political career. And all he can and ever will do.

The only trick he half-learnt was dog whistling (screamed).

The best Dutton can be is useless. He's so much worse than that.

Maybe I'm just getting old.

But watching Brazil overtake the USA on the list of countries least likely to be a corporate sponsored dictatorship in 2025 doesn't feel as historically momentous as it felt when I watched the other Cold War superpower disintegrate back in 1991.
February 19, 2025 at 10:18 AM
If Peter Dutton thinks big thinking, deal making, and a genuine desire to see peace and stability are important in politics, what the hell is he doing there?
February 17, 2025 at 5:19 AM
The most obvious sign that the USA is under a totalitarian regime is that the compulsive liar who fronts it is now being so honest about what he is doing.
