Totally understand, reach out to the Vicjam team that Charles gave you and take it from there, they are great. Sadly, not being a uniformed member any more, my only assistance is advice. Sounds as if your group is a rabble of wanna be's. That's not scouting.

Totally agree Charles. Am still involved 36 years after I left as a Dist Leader. My granddaughter is going to the Jamboree, and we have had all details for around 3 weeks.
