Homemade Banana Pudding

I used my homemade vanilla extract in the pudding and homemade vanilla bean super fine sugar in the meringue.

Yummy! Evokes memories of family get togethers.

1/2. Today's endeavor was banana pudding.

I use only Nilla Wafers for my banana pudding. I've tried others and these bring back memories of my mother's banana pudding. Always with Nilla Wafers. 😀

I also make my own vanilla pudding and bananas that are not too ripe, nor too green.

Got my covid shot on Monday. No issues and even my arm wasn't as sore as previous covid shots. That's flu and covid done!
