Yes yes and yes! Supporting ain't always fun but that's the nature of being a supporter. Too many people these days used to success all of the time. Tiring... Nice to have cleansed my time line a little and followed some new people who aren't hitting the panic button and chucking all their toys out

I can't think of a single instance where it was ever helping. Not once was there a surge of positivity in their play on 20 minutes.

Yes. It's not disrespectful to stop singing it, nobody is going to think less of Jota nor forget him. Players won't forget, he's immortalised everywhere they look - they just need those 90 minutes where they're able to try to switch off and focus on the task at hand.

Doesn't take a huge leap of imagination to realise that at the moment mid game when they're in that mindset & try to focus that it might be unhelpful to be surrounded by 60,000 people singing his name.they're not about to forget him, they won't forget him, we won't either. Sadly just human nature

I've not missed any point. The reminders are everywhere - if you've lost anyone close to you then you'll know how painful it is to be reminded of that. If you're then tasked with performing professional sports which at that level is largely related to mindset and mental strength then it... (1of2)

spent all their pre game prep trying to get into the correct mindset for a game where they can concentrate enough to try to perform at 100%. Every moment they're in dressing room, training ground etc they're reminded - game is time for them to be able to try to get on with things & move on (2of2)

100%agree with everything but I think the song on 20 mins should stop. Not because we're losing games but because they're working their way through their grief and emotions in their own way & I don't think it's necessarily helpful they get the reminder every single time we play when they've... I'm there already mate 😂😂😂

The fan base needs unity and understanding. You can't praise the 20 minute remembrance during every game and then call for the manager's head when they're underperforming.

Whinging about Kerkez & Wirtz and the state of management decisions while totally forgetting Downing and Konchesky 😂😂😂

Saw it too, such a awful take - these people must have short memories 🤦
November 23, 2025 at 1:14 AM
The way the clubs hierarchy & management is setup is excellent. They'll resist nonsensical calls for the manager's head and focus on the project. You can't run a team wondering if you're gonna bin the manager half way through a season, you need structure and continuity and long may it continue.

Don't blame you at all. Too many people with fast fingers, slow brains and too much to say.
November 23, 2025 at 12:56 AM
If you made it to the 3rd sentence you'd have found it.
November 23, 2025 at 12:52 AM
Finally a proper take rather than this clamouring of idiots calling for a manager change 🤦

One hell of a way to bow out!

Question smells like fishing. We don't panic. We back the team, manager and club. We understand the tragic circumstances that are certainly impacting players. We're talking in years not the number of games that we may or may not lose. Don't forget we're alive and well in the champions league

Can't figure out if you're being serious or trying to be funny.
November 23, 2025 at 12:41 AM
You don't chop and change a title winning manager less than half way into a new season. That's a grieving team unable to hit 100% and sadly it is likely going to continue. Changing management will have no impact besides further instability. It's not normal for teams to win everything every year

Yes. We only look dangerous when we win the ball high up.
