I do love working on weddings tho I think. it’s kind of like world-building. and there’s security in having all your time bought for a month or two.

the real reason I quit is actually very very sad. I was doing a dress for a friend(/minor celeb iykyk) and on the morning of her first fitting, her fiancé was killed in a car accident. its been really tough to come back from this and so working with my bff is def healing.

tbh i’ve only had one difficult bridal client (that I’ve kept…) and years later they divorced and came out as a trans man so all the drama made sense lol

she says that I made it but in reality she actually did most of the work!!!
