well yes... and the map on the website was "useless" at working out what was within the boundaries
and from memory when I used the weca travel planner, it told me I had to walk to wsm (no bus, no cycling, no... etc)

I went to Yate+Chipping Sodbury, WSM, Thornbury (and walked down the Severn, then Portishead and walked to Clevedon... (I think that was the gist, other than going to Bristol a few times)
