The Newsreader on AMC+. I’m six episodes in and I’m hooked. I would rate it 8.5/10 so far. I didn’t think Sam Reid could match his IWTV acting but he’s blowing this role out of the water.

Mayfair Witches on AMC+. Specially seasons 1 and 2. Rating them 7/10 as a whole. The plot line was equal parts bizarre and intriguing. Acting was amazing. I haven’t read the books but I’m enjoying Anne Rice’s universe.

The Lazarus Project on Netflix. I rate it a 6/10. I like the concept. It’s essentially about time travel and changing the past. I can’t stand the main character, he’s insane and takes things too far. His face literally pisses me off ATP. Ultimately it’s an intriguing watch if you like sci fi.

The Lazarus Project on Netflix. I rate it a 6/10. I like the concept. It’s essentially about time travel and changing the past. I can’t stand the main character, he’s insane and takes things too far. His face literally pisses me off ATP. Ultimately it’s an intriguing watch if you like sci fi.
Queen of the Damned on Tubi. I liked it but overall would rate as 3/5. Aaliyah is the title character but doesn’t show up until halfway through. She’s equal parts terrifying and seductive as Akasha. Ultimately the character of Lestat carried the movie but Aaliyah is iconic in this role.
