Early mornings at Crovan's Gate Works.
Decided recently that I can't wait for the Accura Pannier Tank so have been slowly RWS/Duck-ifying my 5700. Etched plates, some various gold bits. Not complete but a fun little project between projects. More to come when he's done 👍

Here he is running with my WIP SR varients of the Talyllyn Vintage set (coaches 1 to 4 plus van 5, they'll get their own post when complete). Really loving them so far!!

He's Peter Sam and he's running this line~! Here is my take on RWS Peter Sam using the newer Fourdees Tattoo kit, really really liking how he turned out!

You all waited long enough here is Old Faithful himself! Made using a Fourdees kit for the bachmann Skarloey/Talyllyn. Painted and lined by myself and I am so proud of how he looks! He also has etched plates from LRS!

First model of the year is Didcot's very own 1340 'Trojan'. Really pleased with how he turned out! Shell was made by NWRKris for a hornby peckett, printed by Sparkshot then painted and detailed by myself. He has been a long time in the making and I'm glad he's finally done!

Going to be starting the re-upload process soon to move all my projects shown on the other place to here. It'll take awhile but a full migration is the plan 👍

He arrived in shambles and needed some repairs which include: new smokebox support, new buffers, chainlink coupling, new lamp irons, paint touch ups new whistle, gluing the cab, sanding and repainting the roof, chassis fixing and cleaning and then reassembly.

TVS James is my final model of 2024! Gifted to me by one of my best friends, I didn't actually paint or line him. He is a Knowah shell with a regular bachmann James tender and really looks the part!

Simple sand, paint, and put transfers on. Really happy with these two, nameplates are removable for future remakes 👀
