also revolutionary is the idea of sister sizes because sometimes it makes such a difference to the fit. if you go up one cup and down one band, it should be exactly the same (e.g. 32D=34C=36B)

this guy doxxed someone at my uni not even linked to resistance actions for calling him something like "a real nasty guy" so if he starts doing the US college circuit, be aware that counter-protestors and anyone heard talking about counter-protests is at risk

I was 12 the first time Trump was elected. Throughout that presidency my friends and I were in the process of discovering our identities. We found ourselves radicalised by love for one another and so many of us ended up becoming activists in our daily lives. This is terrifying, yet love prevails

does sound incredibly frustrating, I'm sorry :( I had a lot of trouble with temp regulation in my feet when I first went on propranolol, but I would definitely say compression socks help with regulating my blood flow to my feet

it's definitely a trial and error thing. some feel benefits, some don't. I have POTS so they've been really helpful! "not your grandma's" brand has been my favourite and very sensory friendly

compression socks tend to work better than regular socks for me. if you're able, I'd also scrunch and release your toes as regularly as possible to get blood moving a little more
