Someone said to me this week, “It’s been a busy summer.”

And whoa—she’s right.

It’s been full of ups and downs, plenty of hard work, and more than a few late nights.

But the response to opening my heart and sharing my words? That part has been unmatched.

My kid has been introducing herself to people as my “copy/paste” for a while.

She threatened to buy the shirts.

So I followed through. We both needed the smile. 😊

(I promise she was more excited than her teen smile lets on…I mean, she let me take a photo and asked for me to send it to her.)

do you enjoy knowing that when you deposit money in a US bank, you won't lose that money? nice, right?

it's because bank deposits are insured by FDIC.

i don't know what FDIC ever did to these people, but apparently it too is now on their blow-it-up list:

My goal has always been to leave the world better than I found it. But for the first time, I’m unsure if that’s possible. The reality is, there’s no immediate financial gain in making the world a better place—but if that’s all we care about, what kind of future are we building for them?
