The saddest part and most frustrating part?
We had the advantage of the opportunity to learn from the mistakes made in Germany-
But our fellow citizens didn’t care.

I just learned that Goodreads is owned by Jeff Bezos. An alternative is StoryGraph, a Black woman-owned platform (and yes it's really easy to transfer your lists from Goodreads to StoryGraph). You know, while we're moving things.
