My probably poor take is that more comments do not lead my students to doing much better work and the toll on me is not insignificant. I've taken to writing a lot of "if you want to go over this more pls come see me"..

Agreed! She's not a blunt hammer (that is my job). My film sem were brave enough to say Meek's Cutoff was "kinda boring" - about 40 minutes later I was finally able to stop my harangue lolll

My smallest of quibbles is that I think KR is quite systematically exploding contemporary genres. And perhaps for the sake of that same urge to revolution that Josh Connor's character tries to elide
