I was in the same situation until I started living with my partner’s kids. Their daily life at school, daycare, etc. and going out to more public spaces like theme parks or the zoo...means germs. The first couple years were tough & I was getting sick often, but now my immune system is strong as hell

I’ve been feeling this lately. If someone had told me in 2018 that I would somehow gain more weight? Pffth. Especially now that I did 2 years of work from home and only ever want to wear joggers and slip on shoes. I actually miss what I looked like pre-pandemic and that bar was pretty fucking low
