I'm surprised you made it a year. I made 6 months after losing my first cat Billy and I was utterly miserable the entire time. I'm so glad that you've got Bramble and that Bramble has both you and Hannah! Delighting in her sharing pictures on discord 😁

I don't think it's the autism I think it's just being a good person. I've always felt the need to care about the minorities in any form, maybe that's because I've never felt like I fit in anywhere...

I'm not arrogant enough to think that the idea to use a siphon brewer was from a question I asked a month ago but I was amused to see one in such an important and valuable coffee technique video...

I'm happier than I have been in a long time my confidence is a lot better, I'm going to continue this going forward next year. The next thing is to learn guitar and try to focus on more creative things to push my mind rather than my body.

It has allowed me to start training in the gym again, I got a personal trainer which has kept me accountable and pushed me to be better and work harder. This has in turn improved my mental health and stress levels and I've reached a weight I've not been at in 2 decades.
