i used to be able to steer my fear into like. a gratitude for being alive and a zest for life. but for some reason as i'm nearing 30 it feels so much harder to do that. like i just feel scared and tired all the time. maybe i just need to go back to therapy or smth

and i feel like i have nobody to vent to bc everybody else is going through it and the last thing i want to do is pile on. esp when theyre having real world problems and im just kind of being a baby about death being imminent hahahaa...
