12 hours later we received our first ranking and we could not be more thrilled. We debuted at number 5 in the top 100 best new sellers. We are grateful to everyone and what we want more than anything is for everybody to have a fantastic laugh. Just laugh your ass off!

Released from hospital. These walls are behind me and will remain there. Not me. It's ironic. You're there to save your ass but they practice masochism with their dietary amusings and the nightgowns would frighten Vogue editorials. Cancer won't kill me..however the bills???....hello death!🫣

I have cancer. I am equated with being courageous. I was given this medal the very exact moment I was given the diagnosis. I'm courageous. Really? Is it automatic? Truthfully the only thing I was given at the moment of my diagnosis was a bill. The tumor made a fortune for the doc but bankrupted me.

I'm a cancer patient and I'm not doing well. They stopped my treatment so I started a go fund me for surgery I have next month and it's interesting that within minutes I had three people directing me to another site. Never happened on Twitter. Thus I removed the post. The sky is not always Bluer!

Russell and I thought we would have a small audience for our book because it was written for people who said they wanted more stories and these are followers with whom we engage, perhaps 50 regularly. We thought we'd be lucky to sell 80 let alone over 500. We cannot be more appreciative. Thank you.

I still laugh every time I think of that woman in that video that has gone viral that was given a ticket for illegal parking that told the cop the sign literally says fine for parking. I guess these signs need clarification now. Or we could go back and have education in America with expectations.

I am 67 years old and had no idea Humpty is the expectant commander in chief. I hope that as Donald sits high on his wall of esteem saturated in delusional ego that he falls and is a bloody mess which the cabinet, congress, representatives, and supreme justices can not put him back together again!
