Unsure of why the atomic bomb is being discussed but, to be brief.
Was the bomb necessary to end the war? No.
Was the sole purpose of using the bomb to end the war? Also no.
I think by any definition of the word it can only be described as a terrorism weapon given the nature of its targets.
