Volunteers for the #NovaScotia #Alzheimer’sSociety has been working today to set up the Christmas gift wrapping centre where they also will be previously owned &/or new items that have been donated.

Living in #Zone6a in the Canadian Maritime &decided to experiment growing peaches& cream #corn (approx. 6 1/2’ x 11 1/2’ balcony!
In spite of our extremely horrible early to end of spring weather conditions& resources, such as container sizes& nutrient resources, it worked out ok🙂🇨🇦

San Marzano tomatoes are coming along nicely!! First time I’ve tried growing these beauties& considering the conditions that we were faced with to plant them they have done well and so far I see 8 fruits growing😃& the 1st is well on its way to be ripe& ready for harvest!🇨🇦
