Poet. Received the ReLit Award for my book Frequent, Small Loads of Laundry. Reganz.com

My mom is 92. She loves chocolate.

Fibre artist using thrifted wool. My excuse for scouring 2nd hand stores.

Proud Canadian.
They hanged three men in Upton Wood / three months on air their feet have stood.
The ravens came with raucous cries / and picked well clean those six dead eyes
Eyes that once revealed their souls / looked now at night like six black bowls

Grade 3 I think, longer of course, and illustrated!

If you’re a car nerd, you might get pulled out of a period piece movie if all you can concentrate on is that a particular model didn’t come out until four years after the time in the Me, I couldn’t care less about cars. But words pique my interest. Fabulous writing > reality based lexicon.

Thanks for this, but I’m still working on the “common household item falls in love with a natural disaster” prompt from April 2023!

I remind myself of this poem by @josephfasano.bsky.social when it’s taking weeks to write a poem of my own. I’m convinced we need the messiness to thrive.
