5/ Who didn’t meet the moment were republicans who knew better but voted for Trump anyway. Republicans who own a monopoly on the majority and power, were ultimately going to get their way, and now they will be responsible for the uptick in healthcare premiums which will hit Trump voters hard.

3/ We can talk about what it takes to win but as a federal contractor who is never going to recoup the pay I just lost, as a federal contractor who has been through several of these now, I can also speak to the personal cost of this. But at least I still have a job. Millions can’t even eat.

DOJ said in a statement that all of its officials “follow the guidance of career ethics officials.” Which ones? They’ve been fired. AG Pam Bondi fired top ethics official earlier this year.
