Eggs are sparse and a bit expensive in the US at the moment...ehem, so I decided to give Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer a try a couple of days ago. I made a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and you know what? It was really good! A bit denser than with eggs, but really delicious. #cake #noeggs

Here is the Grande Dame of our little feline family: Ms. Monty. She's snoozing in my office on her very favorite heating pad/chair combo. She will be 19 years old in February. She is still feisty and has been thriving with kidney disease for 6 years. Every single day we have with her is a blessing.

All three boys. You've been introduced to Conrad, but we also have Martin (little orange) and Arthur (big gray). In this photo, they mistakenly thought it was time for treats (this was a few weeks ago so I can't be certain, but precedent dictates that they probably did end up getting treats).
