We're at the scene of the crime of a vicious jack-o-lantern window cling murder! Who could have done this terrible thing? When questioned, two neighborhood cats saw nothing.
An orange gel window cling on the carpet. One might call it eviscerated, if 2D seasonal symbols had viscera, but shards are definitely scattered about and the jack-o-lantern's jaw is wrenched aside.

Apparently my cucumber plant heard I'd messed up--the cucumber salad I made went off in the fridge and I had to throw it out. Because I found these among the half-dead vines I had stopped watering?? I had somehow managed to miss them when I checked before giving up on watering??

It's the little heel fluffs of the monorail stabilizers that slay me when she sits like this.

I thrifted a jigsaw puzzle of "macaroons" (macarons), and the side tells me this. Which is, you know, a lot of pressure to put on a poor jigsaw puzzle, even a 1,000-piece one.

I drove by this in Eastern Washington and I had to go back and find it on street view to stare deeply: are those palm trees fake, or real??
The most McMansion of McMansions with a front drive edged with gravel and planted with light poles and tall palm trees. The trees are so symmetrical and smooth. Can they possibly be real? Also there is a circular feature in the center of the drive that wants to be a fountain but is actually rock pillars and white planters?? I think??
