No, not the band, what I mean is even on the CES display I see a picture of a Silver with Gray sides (inserts) but no Silver with Black sides.

@ericmigi.com, this video in the order form show Silver and Black insert and Black band but there is no option to select this combo.

@ericmigi.com, I still don't see the promised Silver/Black combo and the one on display shows Silver/Gray insert with Gray band. Have you changed your mind? Like many I was looking for the Silver/Black insert with a Black band like pictured above. The black would also match the black bezel.

Ha! All this time I thought it was watch color and strap color because I thought the side (accent) color was matched with the strap! No wonder I was confused for so long...

@ericmigi.com Can you please clarify the colors we see in that picture, the colors you have selected/approved, and the colors we were proposed in the email to select from? I ask because there is confusion and avoiding returns/exchanges is a better option.

I'm again confused, I don't see a silver body and black wrist in that picture.

I see some have received the email to select the desired color but I don't see Silver/Black. Is it called Silver/Grey instead? Because to me it looks black, not grey. Some will be confused, mostly the ones looking for an all black combo because it's not called black/black.

Votre formulaire n'est pas au point, en cochant téléphone mobile une seconde question apparait qui demande quel système d'exploitation donc Mac ou Windows ou autre? Sinon les choix devraient être iOS, Android ou autre. Et votre question sur la lange? Je repasse demain vérifier . Merci!

Je n'ai jamais voulu passer à Helix, j'espère que ça n'affectera pas mon ancien enregistreur qui mémorise aussi la position de l'écoute. Pour l'instant ça va.

J'ai creusé un peu plus, c'est sous une autre compagnie nommée Rotule inc. dont l'adresse est à Québec mais le proprio est le même, soit Yan Poirier.

C'est ce que je crois aussi, ils ont toutes les usines... Je me posais la question car plusieurs tentent de profiter du "fait au Québec" sans être précis.

Quand vous dites "Ces écouteurs haut de gamme, conçus à Québec", est-ce la conception sur papier et tout est fabriqué en Asie ou absolument tout est fait au Québec de A à Z?
