This may come to a shock but I actually don't support any political parties. They're all trash. I believe that if something is illegal then it should be correctly acted upon. If a mistake happens then that person should be exonerated and compensated.

I'm currently on Common Sense but also I don't live in America. I also don't try to live inside a bubble and say something is because of a "tism" like it gives you a valid excuse lol Seriously this platform has quickly gone downhill. Thank god I rarely look at this brainrot app once every few months

I addressed them all and provided links. You should read the full conversation. But you also think a citation is good enough for people selling drugs or promoting child labor. So if someone breaks into your house and robs you dry, you'd only want them to be given a citation? Lol, that's depressing.

Stop trying to fish for any micro answer that may justify anything you're attempting to prove. Use common sense and not this absurdity of a hypothetical situation to criticize the current approach to immigration you've been attempting to use. (We all know running a red light is illegal durrrr)

Is selling drugs illegal or legal? Is sneaking into a country without proper paperwork legal or illegal? Is hiring children ages 14 or younger to work on a weed farm illegal or legal? Is stealing from stores illegal or legal? Is hitting an officer with a violent act legal or illegal?

That is correct. You can expect to receive a fine (Some states have fines upwards of $1,000 for running a red light), Points on your drivers license, Increased insurance rates also if it's extremely dangerous expect possible jail time!

Use common sense. Do you really think if YOU ran a red light. The US Government would send you to another country for prison time? If you're a LEGAL US Citizen? I don't think so. Maybe if you're an illegal you'll possible be deported since you know.. ILLEGAL.

Use common sense. Do you really think if YOU ran a red light. The US Government would send you to another country for prison time? If you're a LEGAL US Citizen? I don't think so. Maybe if you're an illegal you'll possible be deported since you know.. ILLEGAL.
You have failed to read the common sense response I have given you that provided a factual link to the source. Also Graffiti = Ticket. Trespass = Ticket or Jail time. Weed = Depends on Country. Nothing/Ticket/Jail are the options. So if it's illegal. You should be punished by what the law states.

They look for people who have entered America illegally, no matter the duration they've been illegally in America, and deport them, starting with the severe criminals. But people will riot to try and protect illegal criminals from being deported, lol. Prove citizenship = safe. Common sense really.
