We had one administratively withdrawn before review last month that was a renewal (continuation) of work that we were already doing with a foreign institution that they deemed previously to be worthy and justified.

Totally fair question.
Curious if that means that the new review will be used to ensure that nothing is considered DEI work? And then, if so, what does that mean about how grants will be reviewed?
