I am very stoked to announce that a book authored by myself and my frequent co-author –– Tyler Kelley –– has been accepted for publication. *A Student's Vocabulary of Assyrian Royal Inscriptions* will be coming out through Eisenbrauns in late 2025/early 2026. (Cover not real).

We created cuneiform tablets in class this week. A very enterprising student decided it would be fun to 3D print a cylinder seal in preparation for the activity.

A fun aspect of teaching at a STEM-oriented University: free 3D printing. Very excited to print out some fun tablets, cylinder seals, and other antiquities to show my classes! Today, they met Humbaba himself. #assyriology
