This is really unfortunate news. I feel so bad for the owners of a true landmark in downtown PDX. I visited 2nd Ave. on my first visit to the city back in 1994 and it always feels reassuring to step through their doors. I hope they can find a new location soon.

The record store will have to relocate or close after the owner of the Governor Building told businesses they had to move.
