These kids were wonderful today at the Carolina Chamber Music Festival. I’m so proud of them. We started with a group performance of a Mozart Duo and then McKenzie performed Kathy Henkel’s Highland Fantasy and Grace performed Yellow by Allysa Morris with Mr Saik. #oboe #onlineoboelessons

These kids were OUTSTANDING in the All District Concert.
Today we lost a truly amazing, generous and kind person. Mrs Joanne Bath. I can not count the number of things she taught me about teaching children and kindness. Mrs Bath was always there for anyone who needed her. Mrs Bath has been my inspiration as a teacher for years. I will miss her very much.

Anna started studying with me whe she was 11 all through High School. Now graduating with a Music Education degree/Jazz Focus. She plays oboe in combos and Jazz band. I believe she is the first oboe player (non-doubler) to graduate with a Jazz Education degree.I am so proud of you Anna. Great job!
